Conditions:

1. Whilst every care and attention is given to all animals in our charge we do not accept responsibility for any loss, accident or illness which may occur thereto. From whatever cause.
2. Should we decide at our sole discretion that veterinary advice or treatment is required we are authorised to obtain such treatment and the owners shall be responsible for all charges, payable upon collection of said pets.
3. Any claims resulting from damage caused to property or persons by the said animals will be the responsibility of the owner and Woodcote Farms shall not be held accountable.
4. All boarding and associated fees are payable upon collection of said animals. Cash or cheque only please. No credit cards.
5. Full vaccinations are essential:
   Dogs: The annual canine "4 or 5 in 1 " (parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough) within 11 months of arrival.
   Cats: The annual feline "3 in 1 " inoculation within 11 months prior to boarding.
6. Pets must be delivered to Woodcote Farms between 9am – 10.30am and colleted between 10am-2pm. The first day of boarding is chargeable irrespective of drop off time.
7. During peak times, once confirmed, we regret we must charge for all days booked irrespective of late drop off or early collection. Deposits made for these times are non-refundable.

Pets collected after 2.00pm incur another days boarding fee. 
Woodcote Farms close at 5.00pm.
